I teach healthy sexuality education for adults and parents.
I was trained at "Open Door", the Israeli representative of the international organization IPPF which promotes sexual health, education, and human rights.
I guide parents in particular helping them become a safe and trusted anchor for their children in a world that is becoming increasingly complex. Many parents never received healthy guidance themselves and often feel unsure, uncomfortable, or unprepared when sexuality-related questions arise.
Through practical simulations, emotional and body awareness, and age-appropriate communication tools, I help adults and parents build relationships based on trust, openness, and connection. Today’s reality no longer allows us to stay silent. Children and teenagers grow up with unlimited access to social media, pornography, algorithms, and constant stimulation, while their sexual development remains natural, human, and deeply sensitive.
This is why sexuality education is not simply a conversation about sex. It is a broader conversation about the body, emotions, boundaries, relationships, self-worth, choice, responsibility, and human connection.
